Tom transitioned to Real Estate during the 2007 recession buying single family homes to rehab for rentals.  Rehabbing homes to rent led to buying homes to rehab and sell on the MLS with a focus on buying foreclosed homes at auctions or working directly with the home owners who are in a difficult position.  Tom has been involved with over 200 remodels over the years all over the St Paul & Minneapolis Metro area since 2012.

Tom and his family have lived in North Minneapolis for 23 years… he loves to work with people, coach his kids and spend time in the woods of Minnesota.

The one constant that seems to be present is that while every deal is unique, creative thinking, hard work, and a win-win approach can make each transaction an opportunity. Jesse owns a rental portfolio, a property management business, & a rehab business with his rental property partners and real estate agent, Scott Ficek, that they worked with for years acquiring their rental portfolio. He continues to add rentals, property management business and buy & sell real estate.  He is a licensed Realtor in the State of Minnesota and also helps friends and family whenever called upon!

Prior to getting fully immersed in real estate Jesse managed & owned a local restaurant franchise with over 20 metro locations.  Planning, goal setting, and vision were all critical, but he learned that to truly succeed in this environment you need to work with smart, passionate people.

Jesse lives in Golden Valley with his wife, Sara, and their four kids.  He enjoys reading, golfing and coaching his kids in youth athletics.  He is also an avid sports fan, specifically baseball.

Driven by his interest in remodeling his own house and helping family and friends, he began investing in rental properties in 2007 with Tom and Jesse while still holding down a “real” job. In 2015, he left the environmental engineering profession to pursue real estate investing on a full-time basis. With a background in engineering and project management, Curt oversees remodeling projects for Homefield Homebuyers. He loves envisioning and unlocking the potential of a house that has deferred maintenance or is outdated.  Curt continues to own rental properties with his partners and has remodeled and sold over 100 homes.

Curt and his wife, Melissa, live in Maple Grove with their two kids and two dogs. Curt enjoys coaching and watching his kids in various sports, spending time up north, skiing, traveling, and watching the Twins and Vikings.

and became an owner of the company in 2020. He also works with his uncle, Tom Wolfe, at Rental Management Guys, a property management company in Minneapolis specializing in managing rental properties for real estate investors.

Prior to his real estate career, he was an All-Big Ten, Academic All-Big Ten, and All- American baseball player at the University of Illinois, where he graduated with a degree in sport management. He then went on to play minor league baseball for 6 years as a part of the Tampa Bay Rays, Seattle Mariners, and St. Paul Saints organizations before retiring in 2017. 

The son of two educators, he is the oldest of six children.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, playing bad golf, and watching sports.

Prior to his career in real estate, he graduated from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in education and earned All-Conference awards on the baseball team. After graduation he was a High School Physical Education and Health teacher for 5 years. He also coached high school wrestling and baseball during his years as an educator.

Tommy lives in Minneapolis with his wife Madelyn and their three boys. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching youth sports, and playing golf.

Before making the move to Minneapolis, Joe attended the University of Iowa where he graduated with a sports management degree as well as a communications minor. He played one year of college football at the University of Iowa before a knee injury forced him into becoming a full-time student.

Joe is the son of two educators, and the fourth of six children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his nephews, playing or watching sports, and beating his brothers in golf. (Willie would like to add that this doesn’t happen often!)
