A real estate agent came to us with a problem. An out-of-state homeowner was having no luck trying to sell a rental property in the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis-St. Paul where they had placed long-term renters.
There was significant wear and tear on the townhome which turned off many would-be buyers. We were able to present them with a fair offer for the property in as-is condition. We closed on the property in a timeframe that was convenient for the owners and the existing tenants.
Once the tenants were out, we completely renovated the property to make it ready for the next family to enjoy!
